Strategies to Improve the HCV Continuum of Care: Best Practices in Testing, Linkage to Care, & Treatment

Co-sponsored by the Office of HIV/AIDS and Infectious Disease Policy, US Department of Health and Human Services

The plenary will review and describe the hepatitis C continuum of care, identify gaps in the continuum, and showcase model programs and strategies to address the gaps at the federal, state, and local levels. These programmatic efforts contribute to the overall implementation of the national Viral Hepatitis Action Plan which provides a framework
and a focus for our national response to hepatitis C.
